Assistant Manager, Sales @ Adelphi Hospitality Group
You will be responsible for:
Delegate responsibilities and goals to Sales Team

  • To set up the sales plan to comply at all time to the yearly plan
  • Monitors monthly account production and instruct the sales team to achieve the monthly targets as stipulated in the budget and forecast
  • Regular survey on market competitor
  • To plan all promotion and advertising
The successful candidate has:
  • Experience working in a similar role, minimum 1 - 2 years
  • Pleasant personality: confident, self-motivated and diplomatic
  • Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
  • The ability to enthuse others with energy, initiative, creativity and imagination
  • Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating effective communications strategies
  • Solid administrative capabilities including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi- task
  • Bachelor degree
  • This position is only open to Thai nationals
